Welcome to my blog! I'm waiting for something newsworthy to happen in my life to write about...
then I'll write about it.
This blog, as with all blogs, is representative of my life....
as you can see. Nothing much is happening! Does it bother me? Not until I see all the things that other people are doing with their lives. Then it bothers me. If you're looking for inspiration, go elsewhere. Here's one I suggest...the page of the Blog Warrior himself. Full of inspiration and positive energy. I'll leave that to him. All I've got is cynicism and bitterness. So, if you've reached the age where you've lived to regret (almost) every decision you've ever made, and can't see how to make your path in life from where you are now, welcome to my world! If you're feeling blue, this is the page for you. Meet me and you will begin to feel good about your life.
Actually it makes me feel better to say all this than to try and be positive. The world needs unhappy people so the happy ones can feel better about themselves I figure. Oh! Ironically, that makes me feel strangely good about myself, the fact that my being unhappy might actually make someone else feel good.

So, I've been told I need to write something to accompany these pictures. These pictures are of my 33rd birthday and the following day. These are just two of the world's beautiful people who I pale in comparison to. Romsil and Jan. I have trouble understanding them sometimes......that's coz I'm weird.
Apparantely they find me hard to understand too sometimes, I've just been told. Well, there's the comfirmation I needed.
I am weird. Jan says I shouldn't make conclusions like that. He won't like this blog.
Romsil is practising the guitar, singing some Tina Arena song in which a line says "you can be anyone you want to be". In better times I might agree. Right now, the only repsonse I can muster is..yeah, right. Bring to life your fantasies? Uh-huh.
Here's the theme word for my life:
sardonic - characterized by scornful derision or bitter irony; mocking; cynical; said to derive from the Latin word for a Sardinian plant which, when eaten, was supposed to produce convulsive laughter ending in death!
And here's the quote:
"a wry pleasure to be...reminded of all that one is missing"- Irwin Edman
